Product Details

Deciduous shrub, bright red stems in winter create blaze of colour. Cut back in March to create more stems. White flowers in spring, and white berries in autumn. The leaves are deeply veined and provide good Autumn colours. They are best planted in groups for maximum colour effect in winter when they contrast well against other coloured-stem varieties such as the yellow-stemmed dogwood. They colour best in full sun but will tolerate light shade and most soil types.
